Closing
Inclement Weather Policy
We strive to open our center during inclement weather conditions.
Please tune to 93.3FM,
www.redericksburg.com or 101.5FM for school closings or delayed openings.
We will contact you if the severity of the weather causes us to close early.
The Academy classes will normally follow the Spotsylvania County School closing or delayed opening schedule. However; when County schools are closed for extended periods of time, we may reserve the right to open our school for classes if road conditions are deemed safe enough for parents and staff.
Childcare will be available if the center is able to open.
Tuition will not be reduced for closures due to inclement weather.
Utility Outages
We will close the center if an extended utility outage significantly impacts the center’s operations as to create a health or safety risk to attending children. This type of occurrence is rare but may include and is not limited to such types of things as extended power outage, gas leaks, a water main break, and heating & air conditioning breakdowns.
Tuition will not be reduced for closures due to utility outages.
