Welcome home Amy Mummau!! Amy attends Gordon College and is home for the summer. Prior to coming home Amy was on a missions trip make sure you welcome her back and hear about the great things God is doing in her life.
Sunday June 28, Ledo's pizza (Conser Corner) will donate a portion of all sales from 12 - 6 to our youth for camp. You can help support while eating a great lunch/dinner with the family.
Justin Spradlin is working this summer with the “New Testament Church Pioneers” who has a simple goal to win souls to Christ and plant local churches. Justin is teamed with Dane Bledsoe working in Southern USA. Once known as the "Bible Belt," the Southland is in desperate need of revival. Pray that these young men will be faithful witnesses to all they meet. Justin and Dane are blogging about their efforts in this summer ministry at http://ntcpsouthernus.blogspot.com/
July 20 our teen youth group will be hosting "the Butch Wimmer Golf classic". This will be a shotgun scramble format. if you are interested in signing up please complete the entry form and give it to Debbie or Greg. .
A new Ladies Chorus is being organized. The Chorus will practice each Wednesday at 6:00-6:30 beginning July 1. If you are interested please see Teresa Hart (fm3sgal@verizon.net)
The youth will be hosting a Car and Bike Show on July 25. To purchase tickets in advance see any of our youth. The tickets are $3 if purchased before July 25 and $5 at the gate.
2009 Summer Camp registration is open. A $25 deposit is required at the time of sign-up. See Greg Nosar or John Spradlin if you have questions.
